Windridge Oil & Gas LP opened its doors in July, 2016, formed by Lee T. Billingsley, David M. Horne and Matthew M. Billingsley. Lee and Matt bring to the Partnership a very robust and diverse background in geology while David provides an innovative land skillset and experience coordinating the Partnership with funding options.
Windridge identifies and acquires prospects that are exploited by horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracture completions. The targeted reservoirs characteristically cover large areas of land in the tens of thousands of acres. Prospects are graded and acquired based on sound geological, engineering, land, and economic principles. Our goal is to provide turn-key, drill-bit ready projects using these standards. We will then seek the right industry partners with proven operational teams to implement the drilling and development plan. When appropriate, Windridge may drill initial delineation wells prior to a monetization event. Windridge partners have a long-term relationship with Bruington Engineering, a seasoned and highly successful San Antonio-based operating company that can serve as operator.
In construction of a diverse production portfolio, Windridge will also tap into its principals’ vast network of highly qualified operators/partners and purchase non-operated working interests in projects that offer favorable economic terms. The standards of the projects will be similar to those utilized for organic growth: exploitation of known, but underdeveloped reservoirs utilizing technology of horizontal drilling and large-scale multi-stage stimulation.
